2017 Hurricane Season

Barely a month in and we're on to the second named storm.

What say you all? Will it be another season of where the NHC says "busier than average" and nothing happens?

Will Miami get hit by anything major?

Re: 2017 Hurricane Season

Actually, last I heard NOAH said it was going to be less busy than normal. As for a prediction, I'm going to guess we get nicked by one low-grade storm, a 1 or 2 or less.

Well, knowing our luck, when the NHC says "less busy", is the year we take a beating.

They've been saying "busier than normal" for a few years now and it's been the direct opposite. A busy storm season is when they run out of names and have to start in on the whole Alpha, Beta, etc nonsense...
