Authoritarianism is largely already here. You and your pals have voted it in over the past few decades. Big government, ya know.

I wouldn't say anti-educationalism either. Yes, there's some frighteningly unintelligent people out there spouting forth for some sort of racial uprising (on both sides!) but a the same time, on both sides, there's been some quite eloquent arguments going on. It'd been said here before, but if you see past the showman facade of Milo, there's quite the renaissance in well-thought-out conservative/libertarian speaking these days.

I'm OK with that too. I don't believe in some sort of globally centralized bureaucracy. Fences make for good neighbors.

The US is a modern global hegemony, the police dogs of the world, and we We arent going to go "anti-global" or enact any isolationist doctrines. The car has gone off the cliff,a long time ago, we are an empire in decline, and will continue to be so till we are not. This is a process that may take decades, not years. See Rome, that took hundreds of years.

It is dangerous to be right in matters on which the established authorities are wrong.

Sadly, this is true. The best thing we can do is mitigate the damage that's already happening. Manage it as it were. Keep the cheap iPhones and severely curtail refugee and foreign aid programs. If someone wants to come here and spend money or sell something, fine. Other than that, go somewhere else.

Europe turns "racist" overnight.

What Do Europeans Think About Muslim Immigration?

Overall, across all 10 of the European countries an average of 55% agreed that all further migration from mainly Muslim countries should be stopped, 25% neither agreed nor disagreed and 20% disagreed.

Majorities in all but two of the ten states agreed, ranging from 71% in Poland, 65% in Austria, 53% in Germany and 51% in Italy to 47% in the United Kingdom and 41% in Spain. In no country did the percentage that disagreed surpass 32%.

You don't knock out xenophobia over night. Europeans were racist as fuck, even after WWII. They still are, they just don't reveal it in public as much any more.

Point this out, and they get really angry. It's funny.

Le Pen refuses headscarf, nixes talks with Lebanon cleric

After walking away from the meeting with the grand mufti, Le Pen said she had previously told the cleric’s office that she would not wear a headscarf.

“They didn’t cancel the meeting, so I thought they would accept the fact that I wouldn’t wear one,” she said. “They tried to impose it upon me.”
