Translation: person filming is instigating the victim to kick and jump on the car...once the victim starts to do it he laughs telling the rest of his friends how crazy the victim is etc. Once the victim gets run over...he walks over and asks him if he's okay and then everyone starts screaming to call 911, not to move him, and to give him space.
The victim is clearly in shock and can't even talk.

Pod or anyone that's been to Montreal lately - what places are good to go? No electronic music clubs - but like bars with live bands? Or is there a particular street that has bars? My bf is heading there for work in a week or two.
