Victor Calderone at Space?

What say you, gang?

VC is known down here for being a staple of the gay circut. Now, Space books him for their straight Saturday night.

Does he have the star power to pull it off? Or will straight people shy away from this, thinking it's an off-season circuit party?

This year alone he's played @ Gryphon and Nocturnal to straight crowds. Both parties were packed, and like i said, mostly a straight crowd, so I don't see any confusion about this being a circuit party. I know a lot of people really excited about this party, this being the first time he ever plays at Space. I personally can't wait, this is gonna be one for the books...

Considering his last event in Miami was straight and occurred only 6 weeks ago... I don't think anyone is going to be confused on this one. Add to that Space's built-in crowd and their penchant for "tribal" and I'm sure it'll be another typically packed night at Space. Good for them.

Maybe he's breaking the mold then. Historically, VC has been a very hard sell outside of the circuit down here. He'll pack 'em in for straight events up in New York, but down here, historically it's always been a "man-jam".

anyways saw vc in nyc a few weeks ago for the 1st time... great energy.... there were lots and lots of chicks... more of a man-jam for peters...


anyways i'd say go with an open mind and get your "jam" on...
