Kimbo Slice upset at Opium

On Dan LeBatard's radio show on 790 AM...

Kimbo Slice, the mixed martial arts star from Miami, told LeBatard he was upset at how Opium treated he and his party following his big win at the Bank United Center on Saturday night. I am paraphrasing, but basically he said "they treated us like shit (it was bleeped out), had the bottles all wrong - we had a bad time.

This was after Kimbo gave Opium a shout-out on national tv (Showtime) saying that he was taking the party to Opium.

Not sure the whole story, but this caught my attention as LeBatard was making a big deal about in on the air.

Heh, now there's one guy I don't wanna piss off! I was watching his fight and heard the shout out to Opium. Can't believe they'd fuck him up like that. I'm assuming everyone here has probably heard of Kimbo Slice, but if you haven't look him up on YouTube...you'll understand why you don't fuck around with him.

Sean Gannon was a pro MMA fighter, hardly a pushover. Just goes to show that in MMA or street fighting, the best conditioned fighter doesn't always win. He beat Kimbo strategically since there's no way he could out slug him...Kimbo's people couldn't believe it either!

This is the criticism you hear regarding Kimbo, that although he is a backyard brawler and capable of rearranging anybody's face, he will get his ass handed to him once he starts fighting real professionals...time will tell.

yeh, i dont think they care about a bruised up turd like kimbo slice either, im pretty sure that someone is still gainfully employed.

I'm a huge MMA fan. I've watched every UFC starting with the first one. Kimbo Slice is a loser. Besides that.....dumbest name ever!!
